Digital Events Coordinator

Do you have experience of planning and delivering digital and live events?

Have you worked either within an agency or worked closely with an agency whilst you are working in-house? The agency understanding is key to this role.

As the Digital Events Coordinator you will own my client's event calendar, which involves around 40-50 events each year, making sure that everything runs to perfection.

As a Digital Events Coordinator you will also be involved with writing marketing material and be involved with the communications, emails and assets which are sent out to their database to highlight the relevant events.

Your events experience will include both digital and live events, the majority of the events for my client are live and online, however you will also be involved with their annual event which will involve venue selection and liaising regarding the technical, AV and logistics.

The Digital Events Coordinator role is varied and hugely involved, you can work fully remotely too, as long as you are based within the UK. The position will involve some travel for their annual client event, quarterly meetings, social events or for venue selection.

Here's some of the additional responsibilities within this exciting role:

  • Owning the events calendar including, planning, event communication and reviewing
  • Organising, marketing and attending events
  • Writing email communications to drive the right audience to the different events
  • Tracking KPIs and analysing event marketing performance
  • Setting up landing pages and registration forms

The Digital Events Coordinator role requires strong event experience including both digital and live events, you will have good generalist marketing skills, creating email communication, understanding social assets and conversion rates within marketing.

My client are also looking for someone who has excellent communication and organisational skills, from writing marketing content to liaising with senior stakeholders and event partners.
