Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Are you passionate about building relationships with customers and problem solving - whilst managing a small customer service team. Reed are looking for a talented Customer Service Team Leader in Southampton.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background with a proven track record of leading and managing a team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated customer complaints and enquiries.
  • Train and mentor new team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and training are an integral part of the company's culture
  • Lead the customer service team in providing excellent service to clients.
  • Monitor team performance and report metrics to management.
  • Identify opportunities for process and product improvement

Person Specification

  • A confident, enthusiastic, and driven team player
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks / projects
  • A Customer Services professional with a proven track of success and experience in leading a team
