An opportunity has arisen for Litigation Lawyer with 4 years of experience in a well-established legal firm.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a case, from initial consultation to final resolution.

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage a diverse caseload, including:

  • Contested probate claims.

  • Other commercial and civil litigation such as professional negligence and construction disputes.

  • Maintain high standards of customer care and strong billing practices.

What we are looking:

  • Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of strong billing.
  • Excellent people skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and IT skills.
