The Role:
- Managing one of the companies larger import accounts
- Assist in the day to day operations of the supply chain
- Implementation of SOP's and processes
- Focus on sea and air freight
- Develop strong working relationships with internal and external share holders
The ideal candidate:
- A genuine interest in working in the freight industry
- Experience is not essential, although a year or two of shipping/freight experience could be beneficial
- Commercially minded and able to identify areas to up sell and cross sell
- Self motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels of an organisation
