Job Purpose
Acknowledging the increasing complexity of our health and care system we are adopting a portfolio approach to managing disruptive large-scale change across NHS trust. By doing this we hope to increase visibility, identify possible economies of scale and/or opportunities to do things once together and minimise, wherever possible, siloed working.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality leadership and role modelling to the wider improvement team which promotes a culture of improvement and innovation.
- Lead on the planning and delivery of the EPMA project
- To lead, manage, and maintain credibility with all the key players fostering a culture of collaboration for the delivery of equitable, high quality care. At times this will include acting as an 'honest broker' reconciling conflicting views and interests.
- As a senior lead working internally and externally to deliver digital projects, initiatives and services to time and in a cost-effective way.
