Salary: £32,000 – £37,500 per annum + OTES's 60k (DOE)

We're currently recruiting for experienced Business Development Managers to join our team in Shoreditch. Having recently launched a new subscription based SAAS platform to help companies manage their Human Resources efforts, we're looking for ambitious individuals who enjoy building rapport with their clients and have proven experience in creating a positive customer experience.

The Business Development Manager will operate on a business-to-business basis, you'll be responsible for growing the customer base in different types of sectors (the potential for new business is endless). You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining your accounts and looking to create new revenue streams for the company.

We're a friendly bunch and on a daily basis we support each other's achievements. That said, we're looking for a keen sales person who's happy to be accountable for their own work with a proven demonstrable background of smashing targets.

We're in a unique position having spent the last two years focusing heavily on software development. We're now looking add to our business development team to propel the company's client growth, specifically our unique SAAS platform which integrates multiple business operations from online advertising, HR module, Video Interfaces as well as accessing online recruitment advertising services from the UK's leading sites.

Responsibilities (The daily Nitty Gritty):

  • Identify and generate potential new leads
  • Attend virtual meetings to demonstrate how our product works and secure new business
  • Producing tailored proposals and converting to deals
  • Provide weekly forecasts to and keeping an active, organised pipeline
  • Being a supportive and productive member of the team

Requirements:

  • Two years+ sales experience (advertising, subscription-based selling, recruitment advertising would be ideal but not essential)
  • Experience conducting meetings with clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Experience managing client relationships and understanding client needs
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work towards targets

Compensation:

  • Full-time position with a salary of up to £32,000 - £37,500 per annum base
  • Uncapped commission of up to 20%
  • OTE - £60,000 per annum
