Sales Administration Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to sales teams across multiple sites, ensuring smooth and consistent operations
  • Accurately process sales orders, quotations, and customer requests in a timely manner
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and update customer records, pricing data, and sales databases
  • Monitor and manage stock levels and product availability in coordination with relevant teams
  • Assist with reporting and analysis of sales data, KPIs, and pipeline performance
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, tender documents, and customer communications
  • Ensure all documentation and processes comply with internal policies and quality standards
  • Act as a point of contact for customer queries, ensuring a professional and timely response
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in sales support processes and tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Sales Administration, Sales Support, or similar coordination role
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations or dispersed sales teams
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous
  • A team player with a proactive and flexible approach

Desirable:

  • Experience in a B2B or product-based sales environment
  • Familiarity with stock management or supply chain coordination
  • Ability to analyse and interpret sales data
