Pertemps Swindon are currently looking for an Engineering Inspector on permanent basics for one of our prestigious client based in Swindon.
Rotating shift Monday to Thursday 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 and early finish on Fridays (13:00/19:00)
Salary £33000-£34500 per year (including 20% shift allowance) DOE
Main Duties:
- Supporting engineering operations predominantly on CNC machines
- Full check after each batch
- Calibration of measuring equipment
- Quality checks
Ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in turning, milling or other mechanical experience including engineering apprenticeship.
- Understanding of engineering drawings
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of CMM machines will be desirable.
