Product Marketing Executive

I am looking for a Product Marketing Executive to drive sales across my client's vast portfolio of products. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical ability, and data management skills. You will be part of a fast-paced marketing team, developing and implementing marketing plans to maximise product sales and profitability.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Collaborate with the Product & eCommerce Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans, including new product launches and promotional campaigns across various channels.
  • Optimize our eCommerce platform strategy, utilising tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Dynamic Yield for sales enhancement.
  • Create SEO-friendly content for products, promotions, landing pages, and blogs.
  • Design automated customer journeys based on segmentation data to improve customer experience and revenue.
  • Analyse sales data to drive and shape the marketing plan, demonstrating ROI on marketing activities.
  • Manage internal processes and systems, including data uploads and promotions to the sales system and website.
  • Develop strong relationships with key suppliers, presenting marketing activities and ensuring timely implementation of agreed actions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to prepare reports, including ROI on campaigns and supplier sales.
  • Understand market conditions and collaborate with category Managers on strategy and communications.
  • Support the sales teams with communication of marketing activities and vendor day activity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven marketing experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data interpretation and manipulation skills.
  • Creative with excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage campaigns without compromising on deadlines or accuracy.
  • Desirable skills include relationship building, digital marketing experience, and familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, Photoshop, InDesign.
  • Useful skills include knowledge of QlikView, Salesforce/CRM, and ERP software systems like JD Edwards or SAP.
