Gleeson are partnering with a rapid growth online retailer in the West Midlands. We're recruiting for a Social Media Manager to join their team! As a key player in digital strategy, you'll oversee the total social media presence, driving creative and impactful content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage global social media channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- Create viral and engaging content, driving commercial results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring cross-departmental alignment.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Report on ROI and integrate social media with wider marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years in social media content or partnership roles.
- Proficient with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Proven track record in achieving KPI-driven results.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with strong commercial acumen.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
