Our client are an established extremely successful Accountants with a strong portfolio of clients spanning numerous industries. They are looking for an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior to join their already Audit & Accounts team.
The role
- Accounts preparation for Limited companies and partnerships
- Assist in Audit assignments
- Identify and understand client needs
- Ensure audit files have all relevant documentation
- Analysis of accounting data from client's books and records
- Assist junior staff in developing their understanding of the various software packages, auditing, tax laws and statutory requirements
- Keep abreast of developments in audit, accounting, taxation and relevant computer software
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager
About you
- You will be ACCA/ACA part qualified
- Intermediate experience of working within a practice accountancy firm
- Audit experience
- Advanced computer operational skills MS office, particularly Excel (essential)
- Ideally have worked with Sage Line 50, Xero, CCH and Caseware
- Commercially minded, high level of flexibility, professionalism
