We are currently recruiting for Exhibits Support Officers based in Birmingham.
Rate of pay: £18-20 per hour (outside of IR35)
Pay methods: via Umbrella company, Sole Trader or Ltd company (further info can be provided if required)
Hours: Office hours
Location: 2 options in Birmingham.
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Purpose: We are looking for Exhibits Support Officers to join our Consultancy Team.
Duties:
- Examining exhibits held in storage; scanning and categorising each item then to be researched.
- Police experience is ideal as you may be required to research on internal police systems.
- There is an element of lifting heavy boxes . The exhibits will be removed from the boxes, once categorised and scanned, they will then be moved boxes relabelled and returned to the shelving. Staff must capable and comfortable completing these tasks.
Essential Experience:
- Police investigation experience (PIP1 or PIP2)
- Must be computer proficient, as the role involves tasks such as scanning, copying, downloading, and uploading data to spreadsheets, transferring files to external hard drives for delivery to headquarters, and subsequently uploading the data to internal systems and platforms.
