NonStop Care is currently working with a well-established local authority in the West Yorkshire area who are looking for an experienced social worker to be a Practice Supervisor join their Leaving Care team.
They will offer excellent hybrid working allowing you to spend less time travelling and giving you more time at home, improving your work/life balance
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of social workers, providing support and supervision as required
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, procedures and best practice guidelines
- Oversee case management, ensuring that all cases are progressed appropriately
- Develop and monitor performance indicators, ensuring that service targets are met
