We are inviting a qualified SEND Teacher to join our Supported Internship program at an FE College based in Wythenshawe, one of UK's largest Further Education institution. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a significant impact in the lives of students with special educational needs and disabilities.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Deliver exceptional teaching and learning experiences to help students achieve their qualifications.
  • Collaborate with support professionals to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
  • Engage students with dynamic communication, imparting knowledge with enthusiasm and an enjoyable approach.
  • Tailor teaching methods and materials to meet the unique needs and interests of SEND students.
  • Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A recognised teaching qualification relevant to SEND.
  • Proven experience in teaching students with special educational needs and disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • A track record of inspiring and motivating students with diverse learning needs.
  • A commitment to personal and professional development, with a willingness to engage in further training.
