We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the rental process, ensuring property maintenance, and providing excellent customer service to tenants. The Property Manager will serve as the main point of contact for all property-related matters, ensuring our properties are safe, well-maintained, and running efficiently.
As the Property Manager you will be:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring high standards are maintained and managing a team
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and supervising contractors, ensuring quality work is completed in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and property improvements.
- Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections
- Enforce property rules and regulations, including noise complaints, maintenance responsibilities, and general tenant conduct.
As the Property Manager you will have:
- Previous experience in Property Management
- Great problem-solving skills
- The ability to handle unexpected issues out of hours
- Experience of handling legal issues regarding properties
- Great attention to detail and budget responsibility experience
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
