Description
- Provide first-line IT support to the entire company
- Perform regular system checks and updates to ensure smooth operations
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and systems
- Maintain and update IT inventory
- Provide training to staff on new systems and software
- Collaborate with external IT vendors when necessary
- Comply with company's IT policies and procedures
Profile
A successful IT Support Technician should have:
- An educational background in Information Technology or similar field
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical staff
- Ability to work well in a team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
