Purchase Ledger Clerk

We are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a market leading firm within their industry. This role is based in a small, friendly, and busy office in Preston. The successful candidate will be an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk, ready to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Inputting data and ensuring subcontractor documents are current and accurate.
- Filing documents both manually and electronically.
- Raising Purchase Orders and matching delivery notes to purchase invoices.
- Processing purchase ledger transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Deal with purchase invoice queries
- Reviewing invoices to ensure that they're accurate and correctly formatted
Package:
- Competitive salary of £25-26k per annum, dependent on experience.
- Standard working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- Generous holiday allowance of 30 days (including bank holidays), increasing with service up to 33.
- Free onsite parking.
- Participation in annual company events.
