As a Project Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the project management team in the successful delivery of projects. You will have the opportunity to contribute your technical skills, data analysis expertise, and customer service abilities to ensure the smooth implementation of various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project management team to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Assist in conducting data analysis to support project decision-making processes.
  • Support the implementation and deployment of software and IT solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues.
  • Assist in coordinating project schedules, resources, and budgets.
  • Prepare project documentation, including status reports and project plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and project implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, software implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills to handle multiple projects and tasks.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
