Your new company
Hays are partnered with a new client who are looking for a new Facilities Manager in the Epsom area, this is a hybrid role working two days from home.
Although this is a multi-site role (two sites), the majority of work will be carried out on there main site rarely having to go to the second site (which is a 10-minute walk away).
Your new role
You will manage the complete oversight of the two buildings, as well as manage a team of four people.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the PPM across the site
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of woodwork, equipment, and electrical systems
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs or installations
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Inspect facilities to identify issues and ensure safety regulations are met
- Create and manage maintenance budgets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
- Project management skills for planning and executing maintenance projects

- 08:00am - 17:00pm
- £40000 Per Annum
