Pertemps are working with a power management company who provide energy efficient products and services globally. Our client is looking to recruit and experienced shift team leader for their afternoon shifts.
Temporary ongoing with Permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Location: Cwmbran
Shifts:
Monday - Thursday: 14:45 - 11:45
Friday: 10:45 - 15:45
Pay: £14.94p/h
17% shift allowance 15:00 - 22:00
33% shift allowance after 22:00
Responsibilities:
Enforce applicable safety, health and environmental guidelines
Ensure all production processes are followed to achieve desired results
Lead Training plans for new starters and development plans
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leading process improvement
Responsible for functional test, quality and security during afternoon hours
The right candidate:
Previous Experience as a Team Leader in a manufacturing environment
Green Belt trained
Ability to act quickly, make decisions and independently solve problems
Process oriented with the ability to contribute to a manufacturing environment
Experience with using Microsoft Office and SAP Applications
First Aid, Fire Marshall trained, and Kaizen experience is desirable
