An Exceptional Nursery in Haringey is looking for an Outstanding Nursery Nurse to start immediately. This Nursery offers many incentives for length of service including fantastic facilities and resources, including fantastic outdoor play area. This opportunity is to work in the toddler room with 18 month - 2.5 year olds. The Nursery is located close by to piccadilly line tube stations and easily accessible from Central London. Nursery Nurse will need to be:
- A minimum Level 3 full and relevant childcare qualification.
- A commitment to ensuring that all our children can be the best they can be.
- A passion and enthusiasm to work with children.
- A positive, patient, and nurturing approach towards children.
- Confidence and is able to work one to one and deal with challenging situations.
- A positive attitude and approachable manner.
- A desire and ability to contribute fully to Nursery life.
- High expectations of self and others.
- The ability to work flexibly as part of as team.
- The capability to develop effective relationships with children, colleagues and parents.
- Good communication skills (oral and written).

As a Nursery Nurse in Haringey, you will be in line with the Nursery's Mission Statement, to be responsible for the welfare and education of a designated group of children in accordance with the requirements of the National curriculum, the Nursery's aims, objectives and schemes of work and any policies of the Governing Body.
Nursery Nurse Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out duties in accordance with the nursery's aims and objectives.
- Liaise with colleagues to deliver units of work in a collaborative way in accordance with the Nursery Development Plan.
- Be an exemplar Nursery Nurse.
- Share in the responsibility for the well-being and discipline of all children.
