Your new company
Our client, based in Lincolnshire, require a repairs assistant/coordinator to join their team on an ongoing, temporary basis
£13.50 per hour PAYE premium or £15.50 per hour Umbrella
This is an on going, office based, temporary placement, ASAP start.
Your new role
You will work on various projects dealing with issues/complaints from residents working in the repairs office.
You will be required to log calls from clients and tenants, making inward and outward calls as required.
Answering the phone, dealing with repairs issues and engagement with maintenance team around appropriate responses.
Planning and scheduling repairs.
This role is due to begin immediately with 37 hours a week.
Monday to Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in a social housing/maintenance/scheduling environment
Good customer service & IT skills.
What you'll get in return
