Key Responsibilities: As a Trainee CNC Profile Burning Operator, you will:
- Receive hands-on training to set up and operate CNC machines for profile burning tasks, including flame cutting of steel components
- Learn to ensure precision and quality in the cutting and shaping of metal parts according to specifications
- Assist in monitoring machine operations, making adjustments as necessary, and conducting quality checks under supervision
- Participate in routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized work environment
Hours and Salary:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM
- Competitive salary starting at £12 per hour for individuals with previous engineering experience
- Salary increases based on progress and proficiency, with the potential to reach £14.50 per hour
- This position offers valuable training and development opportunities in CNC profile burning techniques, including flame cutting, plasma cutting, and jet spraying
