Summary
A brand new position has opened up for an IT Systems Trainer to join a profitable and fast-growing tech business. With a retail-focused customer base covering the UK, USA and Australia, and continuing to grow, it's the perfect time to join.
The company are based in Barrow, Cumbria, close to transport links. However, with this role you'll be travelling to different customer sites across the UK to provide your expert training. There will also be the opportunity to travel to their customer sites across the US and Australia!
You'll be joining a dynamic team of people to provide crucial POS system training to customers ensuring they're fully proficient in using company services and products.

The Role
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer support and communication skills - this will be key to making the role a success. You'll be delivering your training plans to the customer base focusing on the effectiveness of their solutions. Your responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain training materials and support guides
- Travel around customer sites across the UK to deliver training plans (with the option to travel to US and Australia)
- Convey complex technical information to your customer base
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company technology and stay up-to-date with new features
- Address and resolve customer support cases
The role is being offered as full-time and on-site in their office with travel across the UK.
Required Skills / Experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions
- 3 + Years experience in a similar role
- Understanding of the retail sector
- UK Driving License + Car
