Lettings Administrator - Watford - 27k with an OTE of up to 30k

We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our client's dynamic team as a Lettings Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent position based in their Watford office with some flexible and hybrid working potentially offered once probation period is completed.

This role is to support the Lettings & Property Managers in administering tenancies from the point the price is agreed to the point of move in. This role will require strong organisational skills to manage a busy workload of moves all at differing stages of the process. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

The Basics:

  • Monday - Friday 9:00am - 17:30pm with flexitime if applicable
  • Saturday shift available with one day off in the week
  • 27k with an OTE of up to 30k

The responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain tenant files for all rental properties. Fully computerised
  • Manage the process of referencing via outsourced company
  • Arrange, manage and review any pre-let works
  • Organise check-ins and pre-let inspections
  • Organise all documentation to be signed by all parties
  • Ensure all legal requirements and certifications are in place prior to move in
  • Keep all parties fully updated throughout

The Skills & Requirements

  • A proven background in a Property Related / Administrative role
  • An articulate and organised individual who has experience of using word and excel
  • Excellent communication skills and pays a meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience using industry related software systems would be an advantage such as Reapit and Goodlord
  • The successful candidate will be flexible, confident, self-motivated, organised and pro-active with good computing skills and excellent administration skills.
  • This role requires an individual with the ability to communicate and deal with others at all levels in a polite, professional, friendly and helpful manner, both face to face and on the telephone.
