My client specialises in the retail of quality home furnishings at affordable prices. Every employee is committed to offering the absolute best service, and their aim is to help every customer find the perfect furniture for their home.
In return they provide a very lucrative commission package, with a realistic OTE of £50k.
You will be:
- You are an excellent listener who takes time to understand the needs of the customer and you will take a consultative approach to the sale
- A accomplished, motivational and inspirational manager, you will be able to deliver a great team sales performance.
- You are a great people person who cares, nurtures and supports their team, someone who is able to lead by example.
- You will be an experienced sales professional in big box retail
