Salary: £27,000 - £38,000 per annum ??

Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve customer inquiries or issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential leads and provide product information and pricing as required.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Showroom Management:

  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Create engaging displays to showcase furniture collections and highlight key features.
  • Greet customers, provide product information, and guide them through the showroom.
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture pieces based on their preferences and needs.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate labelling and pricing of products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely delivery of new furniture arrivals.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and features to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and maintaining a positive brand image.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in sales support, showroom management, or customer service, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and manage the showroom effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • May be required to attend/host evening events.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Knowledge of the furniture industry
