Bennett & Game are seeking a Junior Construction Manager to join a Main Contractor working across two sites in Milton Keynes & Banbury. The Junior Construction Manager will be working on a variety of commercial and residential projects including new-build and refurbishment works. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a variety of site and office experience operating withing in a small to medium size business. Training and guidance will be provided by senior members of the team and you will be working alongside an experience PM & Construction Manager.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification within construction or surveying such as; T Level, HNC / HND, Degree etc.

- Working alongside the commercial team on project financials
- Occasional visits to head office in Romford

Position Requirements
- Must hold a relevant qualification within construction or surveying such as; T Level, HNC / HND, Degree etc. (or similar)
- Full driving licence is essential due to site location
- Be able to commute to Milton Keynes & Banbury (based around Milton Keynes, Oxford, Bedford etc.)
- Ideally have some industry experience (not essential)
- Must be professional, presentable and serious about a career in construction
