Location: Sutton Coldfield - Hybrid

Salary: £20,000 to £21,500

Job Type: Full-time

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Finance Coordinator to join a dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer experience and are driven to excel in operational excellence and financial reporting.

Day to day of the role:

  • Prepare, record, verify, analyse, and report accounts payable transactions.
  • Process supplier payments promptly and maintain accurate accounts payable ledger accounts.
  • Reconcile financial statements and reports.
  • Handle supplier payment procedures, including preparation, delivery, and query resolution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and office colleagues to facilitate efficient query resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative role supporting Finance or Accounting processes.
  • Familiarity with Shared Services, Office Administration, or working to Service Level Agreements.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Excel and virtual communication tools such as MS Teams
