Office Administrator

R13 are excited to be assisting in the recruitment of an Office Administrator for a fantastic business based in Fakenham. The purpose of this role will be supporting the team across a wide range of administrative and operation tasks, to ensure the smooth running of the office.

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £24,000.

The day to day

  • Carrying out general administrative duties including handling incoming calls, replying to emails and handling correspondence.
  • Updating and maintaining the company website, working with web developers to help fix any issues that arise.
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Producing and issuing client/customer invoices.
  • Processing orders and ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.
  • Actively managing the company's social media accounts, developing content and monitoring performance.

You will have/be

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Highly organised and detail orientated.
