Inside Sales Advisor

This successful wholesale distribution company is looking for an Inside Sales Advisor to join their team. You will need to be a very customer focused, team player with excellent communication skills and a hands on, pro-active attitude. Previous experience within customer service or sales administration is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong working relationships with internal teams and customers
  • Complete sales order entries using internal systems
  • Provide best in class customer service to the external customer base and internal stakeholders
  • Resolve queries and reduce escalations with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Liaison with internal departments, e.g. sales, warehouse

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Ability to build a strong rapport
  • Team player
  • Highly motivated, passionate individual striving to learn and develop
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
