Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator for our client based in Ascot.

Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Ascot

Please note - due to the nature of this role, this is an office-based position, remote/hybrid working is not offered

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading independent property consultancy in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential, and Rural sectors. Our client provides market-leading advice and transaction support to investors, corporates, and homeowners. Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer experience in every interaction
  • Assist in answering incoming calls and registering customers on our CRM system

Sales administration:

  • Work with operations teams to provide support within agreed timeframes
  • Create new property activity records, order land registry title checks, and process new instructions
  • Manage client due diligence process and ensure compliance and best practise measures are adhered to
  • Accurate generation of sales invoices, reconcile figures, and prepare reports for meetings

Local Marketing:

  • Create marketing materials, update property listings, and ensure office compliance with guidelines
  • Assist with meeting marketing deadlines and adhere to GDPR regulations
  • Display knowledge of marketing, PR, and social media guidelines

HSE and Information Security:

  • Ensure ISO regulations and clear desk policies are followed
  • Maintain storage and archive protocols and ensure confidential files are treated correctly

Operations:

  • Assist with department accounts, monitor management reporting, and maintain performance records
  • Provide diary management support, coordinate viewing assistant team, and ensure data quality of office systems
  • Manage office facilities, arrange works/contractors, and maintain office equipment/IT hardware

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 years+ experience in a similar operations, administration, or secretarial role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages and CRM systems
  • Strong attention to detail and diligent and efficient work ethic
  • Experience in the property industry or real estate sector
  • Knowledge of GDPR regulations and ISO standards
