Job Title: Multilingual Credit Controller
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience and languages spoken)
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Are you a talented Credit Controller fluent in either Italian, Dutch, or German? We have an exciting permanent opportunity for you to join our client's team in Nottingham! As a Multilingual Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing our client's international accounts receivable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
- Effectively communicate with clients in Italian, Dutch, or German to resolve invoice and payment queries.
- Conduct credit checks and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities and generate regular reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.
- Assist in the enhancement of credit control procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian, Dutch, or German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in credit control or a related financial role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
