Robert Half are excited to be working with a prestigious & global Financial Services firm based in City of London. They are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support their Senior Management.

THE ROLE:
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and prepare expenses on Concur.
- Managing complex calendars and schedule meetings for multiple executives.
- Prepare documents and materials for signature.
- Any ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise and support for the operations team.
THE PERSON:
- Highly proactive and a team player who is happy to help wherever, no task is too big or small for you!
- A natural problem solver with excellent time management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within Financial or Professional services.
- Comfortable working within a corporate environment and confident liaising with all different personalities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficient with Microsoft.
This role is 4 days in the office, 1 from home. Hours 8AM - 5PM.
