Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships? Elevation are excited to be recruiting for Internal Account Manager to join a leading specialists supplier and play a key role in expanding market share and ensuring customer success.

A an Internal Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing active and inactive accounts across two UK Sales areas, ensuring a structured approach, growing revenue, and fostering strong relationships with customers.

Internal Account Manager Role & Responsibilities:

  • Driving growth and profitability of consumables accounts
  • Converting reactivating dormant accounts
  • Creating increased equipment opportunities for external reps
  • Converting competitor accounts
  • Building and developing relationships with the right stakeholders
  • Accountability for growing consumables revenue
  • Quoting and arranging consumables deliveries and schedules
  • Driving action plans
  • Assisting with account strategy development

Internal Account Manager Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in a technical role or with a wide range of products and services
  • Inside sales & account management experience
  • Innovative mindset
  • Relationship building skills
  • Excellent communicator at all levels
  • Commercial skillset
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Strong conceptual thinking
  • Quick learner of business systems, tools and products
  • Strategic and tactical thinking
  • Interpersonal and team player skills, able to collaborate across teams
  • Experience with Miller Heiman (desirable but not essential)
