Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
- Reporting into the operations manager
- Disseminating information on policy, meetings notes and internal comms
- Provide the SLT with general Admin support
- Maintaining HR policies, such as Annual leave, Sickness, on-boarding and off-boarding documents
- Assisting with recruitment, obtaining references, RTW checks and setting up interviews
- Submit payroll information and check documents are all correct
- Office ordering of supplies and maintaining a budget surrounding this
- Create monthly board reports and circulate where appropriate
- Coordinate training and development programmes
- Be the point of contact for IT equipment
