A thriving legal consultancy based in Victoria currently have an opportunity for a university graduate or A Level leaver who is seeking an office administrative role.

The position is to grow with the company, supporting the team with processing corporate client's business and personal documents for relocation aboard. Some minimal travel is required for this role to collect and deliver important documents - this role in office based 5 days a week, with only a small portion being outside the office.

This role would suit a graduate or A Level leaver.

  • Salary: £24,000
  • 35 hours
  • Full time office based

Administrator responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
  • Submitting and collecting documents from a variety of offices and embassies
  • Updating internal systems and documents including Excel and Word files
  • Document management
  • Monitoring progress of documents/applications
  • Chasing outside organisations for updates on applications
  • Assisting with application retrievals and searches
  • Stationery management duties
  • General administrative duties such as emailing, scanning, maintaining records and filing

Administrator required skills/competencies:

  • Strong IT skills including MS Office
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator
