HR Manager - Hybrid

A growing business that is striving to revolutionise the gaming industry for the benefit of their players, themselves and the entertainment industry as a whole, is looking for a HR Manager to support the London HQ as well as remote office in Europe, North and South America.

You will be responsible for leading new HR initiatives alongside operative and administrative tasks. Along with a salary of up to £65,000 per annum, you will also receive hybrid working, medical insurance, life insurance plan, an annual incentive bonus, monetary vouchers on birthdays and other occasions, a casual dress code and the opportunity to grow professionally.

As HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the lead contact person for their staff members located across their various global offices and cooperating with the Group Human Resources team remotely
  • Being actively involved in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, providing guidance and resolution
  • Assisting with the payroll administration of the assigned office and managing employee contracts and maintain employee files and records
  • Maintaining and updating employee handbooks, contracts, and other Human Resource-related documents
  • Providing guidance to managers on coaching, employee development, and performance improvement plans.
  • Providing insights to help guide decisions regarding workforce planning and organisational development.
  • Utilise metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and improve processes.

We're looking for a HR Manager with the following:

  • Bachelors and MSc degree in HR or related field is an advantage
  • Experience in the role, ideally working cross different global office locations.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred; as a minimum a strong understanding and practical application of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of local employment laws with a focus on the UK.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus
  • Fluent English with additional languages an advantage
