Core duties include:
- Mounting working devices & parts correctly according to instructions to complete part to required specification.
- Hand soldering PCBs.
- Completing quality checks on own work.
- Completing the relevant documentation (quality, operation data sheets, maintenance, reports, technique sheets, etc.) for all work done.
- Raising of Non-Conformance documentation and assisting the team and management in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Experience required:
- Electronic assembly / test experience
- Experience in PCB production (soldering)
- Demonstrable hand soldering skills
- Relevant experience within a KPI driven environment
- Ability to work well in a team
