Temp to Perm vacancies in Newton Abbot for Class 2 drivers !
We are recruiting for our client, who are a privately owned drinks company who distribute bar and sundry supplies to licensed establishments throughout the UK.
Working as part of their transport team, you will be responsible for transporting their stock of beers, wines, spirits and minerals from the Newton Abbot Depot to customers, on a set route, throughout the South and South West regions. Due to the nature of the work, some heavy lifting is required to load/offload deliveries.
This is a temporary to permanent vacancy, so you will work full time hours for 12 weeks via ANCORA (the agency), before transferring permanent to the client. This is given successful completion of the T2P period.
We are looking for drivers who can demonstrate a minimum of 12 months commercial driving experience on Class 2.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, 06:30am to 07:00am starts daily
Averaging 45 hours per week on a 5 out of 7 day period, however weekend work will usually only be during peak periods over the year / on a four weekly roster basis.
Hourly Pay Rates:
£15.00 per hour (PAYE)
- Salaried upon completion of the T2P period, which then involves bonuses on an annual basis*
