A logistics administrator is sought to join this well-established and highly successful import and food distribution company based in Manchester. You will join a small team in the Manchester office handing distribution of frozen food.

Main duties

  • Co-ordinating deliveries
  • Dealing with customers
  • Dealing with cold stores
  • Organising transport
  • Invoicing

Profile

  • University degree preferred but not essential
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an office environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to travel to head office in Cork, Ireland for training purposes initially and sporadically thereafter
