Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding policies
- Building strong relationships with their loyal customers.
- Provide quotations to new customers
- Process administrative changes to existing policies
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Provide administrative support via post and email
- Perform general office duties as required
