My client is a Global Enterprise business in the transport business, they are looking for a passionate ServiceNow Architect to join their business on a permanent basis. This organisation is one of ServiceNow's biggest customers with a pipeline of exciting projects ahead!
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical thought leadership from the implementation of the NOW platform.
- Hands on development and configuration within the NOW platform.
- Design and delivery of Service Level Management, acting as the SME for all functional and technical aspects within NOW.
- Ensuring alignment to the relevant Reference Architectures, NOW platform architecture, relevant policies and best practises.
- Responsible for ensuring implementation of Service Level Management within the platform enables all aspects of IT Service delivery and ensuring data reported is accurate with insights easily gained and measurements implemented.
- Stakeholder management with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Who you are
- Track record of the implementation of Service Level Management within the NOW platform.
- ITIL V4 foundation
- ServiceNow subject matter expert. Able to demonstrate an expert level of technical and functional knowledge of Service Level Management within NOW platform across ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM product lines.
- ServiceNow certified Senior Developer
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, track record of influencing and persuading stakeholders at a senior level.
