£40,000 - £46,000 per annum + bens
Hybrid split: 3 days in office | 2 days from home
Location: City of London
Working hours: 9.15am - 5.15pm
Contract: Perm
Our client, an internationally renowned IP law firm is looking for a Legal Personal Assistant to join their world-class Patent Litigation team. This is a perm role starting as soon as possible paying a salary of between £40,000 - £46,000per annum plus great comp.
Responsibilities will include and not limited to:
- Extensive diary and mailbox management
- Travel management both domestic, global and across various times zones
- Management of accommodation, transport and overall itineraries
- Client Liaison
- Internal and external stakeholder management and communication
- Document production, management & control
- Proof-reading, checking all work for spelling, grammar, formatting, presentation
- Data/ CRM management
- Financial and billing administration
- Reporting and research activities
- Project and Event management
