They are looking for someone who has previous experience as an IT Technician, as well as someone who has experience managing firewalls and switches!
Do you have experience managing servers and backups on Azure? Do you have good communication skills?

IT Technician Duties:
- Resolving infrastructure and system incidents
- Undertaking general troubleshooting
- Investigating work with all types of hardware and software
- Setting up new users
- Improve IT systems and processes
- Managing and implementing a log of all in progress and outstanding IT issues
