Are you an organised and efficient professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a reputable School based in Redditch, is seeking an Office Manager / PA to provide administrative support to their Executive Principal and wider Senior Leadership Team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a Personal Assistant to the Executive Principal, offering proactive and independent support with all administrative matters.
  • Handling correspondence, reports, and records, ensuring their accurate and timely production.
  • Managing the Executive Principal's diary, arranging appointments, and coordinating communication with various stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a confidential filing system and filtering incoming documentation and enquiries.
  • Managment of the office team (team of 2) and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
  • Overseeing administrative processes related to admissions, exclusions, and complaints.
  • Updating and inputting information onto the school's database system, including attendance records and parental messages.
  • Conducting performance management interviews for members of the administrative/reception team.
  • Identifying training and development needs within the team

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar office management, or PA role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using a range of office software including Microsoft Office Suite. ARBA, CPOMS and Epraise (desirable)
  • Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
