Site based position in Northampton, commutable from Brixworth, Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby and surrounding areas.

Once trained, you will be responsible for the maintenance of modular cabins, which may involve elements of carpentry, painting and decorating, and minor plumbing and electrical work.
This role would suit someone with a general maintenance or handyperson skillset, seeking a highly stable role with a growing business, the chance to develop new skills and progress their career.
The Role:
- Will involve the preparation and maintenance of modular buildings, at a single site in Northampton
- Standard working week of Monday-Friday, with uncapped overtime available at enhanced rates
- Will be a varied position, where no two days are the same
The Candidate:
- Will have experience of Multi-Trade, Property Maintenance, Handyperson or similar work
- Will be comfortable with working outside
- Will be seeking the opportunity to develop their technical skills
