Join our Customer Resource Planning Team at SNG (Sovereign Network Group), formed by Sovereign and Network Homes. We provide over 84,000 homes across London and the South of England, striving to offer quality, affordable homes for generations.
Role:
Resource Planning is key to ensure we are equipped to deal with the day to day through to long term demands; as our Capacity Forecasting Analyst, you'll support the Customer Service Management Centre and Property Services Teams with capacity planning across all channels.
You'll manage capacity plans, budget models, and maintain historical data integrity. Key tasks include:
- Providing analysis to guide operational decisions
- Acting as a demand forecasting expert
- Conducting planning and forecasting analysis
- Sharing insights and collaborating with stakeholders
- Supporting the wider planning team during peak times
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar role, with demonstrable experience of data analysis and demand forecasting
- Excellent analytical, planning and organisational skills
- The ability to forge new relationships and champion planning across the wider business
- Self-driven and highly motivated – seeking opportunities to broaden delivery of planning to new areas
- Demonstrable use and knowledge of Excel and Erlang based capacity models
