What will you be doing?
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understanding client needs and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to maximise client retention and growth.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.
- Monitoring client performance and providing regular reports and recommendations.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in client relationship management or account management is essential.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve client issues and concerns.
- Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
