My client is an international leader in the design and manufacture based in the suburb of the City of Stoke-on-Trent.
Description
The key responsibilities of an Office Co-Ordinator will include, but may not be limited to;
- Prepare and send quotations
- Update Sales Spreadsheet with invoice details
- Book courier pick-ups, prepare all notes and paperwork
- Completing and maintaining filing system
- Cover switchboard and reception duties
- Make hotel and travel reservations
- Prepare and issues invoices
- All general administrative duties
Profile
A successful Office Co-Ordinator should have:
- Relevant background experience of Business Support / Office co-ordinator
- Ability to commute to Stoke-on-Trent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
